This Membership Policy governs the terms, conditions, and privileges associated with your
subscription to the Cognita
platform and AI-led product suite. By enrolling in a membership
tier, you agree to comply with the guidelines set forth below.
1. Membership Tiers & Access
Cognita offers various membership levels tailored to different business scales—from startups
to "Autonomous Enterprises."
- Tier Selection: Access to specific AI models, API limits, and "T-Connector"
integrations is determined by your selected tier.
- License Grant: Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use Cognita’s proprietary AI tools for internal business operations.
- Account Integrity:
Membership is assigned to a specific legal entity or individual.
Sharing login credentials across unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and
may result in immediate account suspension.
2. Subscription Fees & Billing
- Currency: All membership fees are billed in INR or AED, depending on your primary
place of business (Kochi, India, or Dubai, UAE).
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Annually).
- Auto-Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted AI service, memberships renew
automatically at the end of each term unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the
renewal date.
- Taxes: Members are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST in India / VAT in UAE)
based on their registered location.
3. Usage Limits & "Fair Use"
To maintain the integrity and performance of our global AI infrastructure:
- API & Processing Limits: Each membership tier has defined limits on data
processing and API calls.
- System Integrity: Members may not use automated scripts to "stress test" or scrape
the Cognita platform in a way that exceeds their tier’s intended use.
- Upgrades: If your enterprise requirements exceed your current tier, Cognita reserves
the right to suggest an upgrade to ensure service stability.
4.Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through the Cognita
Dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Refunds: As our Services involve the immediate allocation of AI computing
resources and proprietary intellectual property, all membership fees are
non-refundable.
- Termination by Cognita: We reserve the right to terminate memberships for
violations of our [Terms of Service] or [Information Security Policies].
5. Data Security & ISO Compliance
As an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified organization, we treat member data with the highest
level of encryption.
- Data Sovereignty: Members retain ownership of the "Input Data" provided to our AI
models.
- Confidentiality: Cognita will not share your proprietary business data with other
members or use it to train "Global" models without explicit anonymization or prior
consent.
6. Support & Maintenance
- Standard Support: Included in all membership tiers via our ticketing system.
- Priority Support: Elite and Enterprise members receive dedicated account
management and 24/7 technical assistance for "Mission-Critical" AI workflows.
- Scheduled Downtime: We aim for 99.9% uptime. Members will be notified of
scheduled maintenance at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Policy Amendments
Cognita reserves the right to modify membership benefits and pricing. Members will be
notified of any significant changes via their registered email at least 30 days before the
changes take effect.
